I have come to terms of my existance I know I have become one of the Nightwalkers, the Vampyre if you want to get technical. Lucas informed me I am currently in the Temple of Javelyn. It never feels to amaze me, that food now is not appetizing. Another sort of stuff drives my juices now. I stared at the guard Bruno, I lick my lips unknowingly. Lucas must have noticed it. He snickered softly.
" Go eat kid, You know how rite? " he look at me idly flicking his tail.
" Er, is daylight sir....? " Is this guy senile or what asking me to go out in the sun. I'll be dead.
Lucas shakes his head, " Don't be silly and you can't eat Bruno unless you want to be cleaner"
With that he picked me up with his claw, and throw me out of the temple into the sun.
Oh my GOD!!I am soo dead..I am sooo dead, Any minute now I will feel my skin burn. Like in the movies, I will drop like a pile of wax.. I withered and squirm as sunlight hit me...I......nothing. Nothing happen.
Well ShiT, I cursed myself 100 kinds of fool, Lucas looked at me, blankly but I swear I saw laughterlurking from from eyes. Damnit, he could have told me that the sun don't kill. However I can feel limbs weaker, from the sun or not enough food I do not know. Better safe than be sorry. I quickly climb back up the stairs to Lucas.
Lucas, shakes his head and pointed south.
"Go feed.There ample food for you there'
Jee, is this guy my dad or what.. but I won't be so stupid as to say it out loud.. Meekly i walk to the south. As weak as I am, I could only feed on rabbits. I caught one without much difficulty. Holding the rabbit's ear I look at it.
Gulping i tried to sink my fangs ( which suddenly just just grow longer) . The rabbit sensing death struggle madly but I hold it firmly with its ears, Kinda hard to eat it that way. I lay it down on the grass and tried to sink my fangs on its belly.I tried a bitting in vertically. Um not good, I tried bitting it horizontally. Um no good either. Man, there should have a manual for these things.
I thought of asking help from Luacs and chided myself for my dependency. Man, I don't even know that guy for 24 hours. Inhaling I lowered down my head and tried to sank my fangs...somewhere. The bunny which was stilled the whole time suddenly bucked. Its left flanked accidently slashed my nose. Blood ooze out and filled my nostrils.sanity just shut down. I don't remember what happen. When I realized, the rabbit is dead, the neck rip to shred, drained of blood. It was then I know, I too can be the beast ...
